Mound Visits, 9/21/16

I’ve always heard that humans only use a fraction of our brains during our lives. I will take it a step further and say that similarly, we only use a fraction of the spiritual power we have access to! “His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness…(2 Peter 1:3). “Through these he has given us his great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.” (2 Peter 1:4) Need wisdom, ask. Need strength to battle temptation, ask. Need more kindness or self-control, ask. God promises to supply our every need. He cannot lie. Ask, believe, receive.
