One of John Wooden’s famous quotes was, “Be quick, but don’t be in a hurry.” Jesus’ half brother, James had a somewhat similar thought 2,000 years ago:
“My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry,”
